Attorney Robert Cascone received his B.A. degree from William Paterson University in 2006, and his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2009.
He has served as a public defender, resolving thousands of cases involving traffic violations and criminal charges. Prior to starting his own firm, Robert worked for a prestigious criminal litigation firm in Passaic County. There, he gained immense experience in trials and in finding creative solutions to his clients’ legal issues.
Robert was named to the 2019 Rising Stars list, receiving nominations from fellow lawyers that recognize his exceptional service. He is active in the community as a member of multiple service organizations, including as a volunteer firefighter and first responder.
